Oracle is providing better services than Rippling. It has gelled up the whole organization by making the entire department operate at a very optimal level. Initially, when we started using Oracle Cloud HCM, it was just on a regional level. Gradually it was rolled out all across the organization due to its great features, which definitely deserve applause. Hence, altogether I really like Oracle Cloud HCM, and so far, it is going very well.
