Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

[Oracle Cloud Infrastructure] is used by [our] organization for evaluation/poc purposes as of now in one of the departments. We are targeting to use computer container services to deploy and modernize infrastructure. We are also planning to lift and shift our CI/CD process to [Oracle Cloud Infrastructure]. CI/CD we are targetting to put over computer services on Kubernetes cluster.
  • Computer services are easy to use
  • Storage services are sufficiently designed
  • Container services give the ability to provision and deploy cloud agnostic manifest files easily
  • [Oracle Cloud Infrastructure] terraform provider
  • Storage for computer services use block volume
  • Cloud guard is not clear from usage perspective
  • [Oracle Cloud Infrastructure] is adding value to get away from physical servers and eventually reducing the overall cost of application development.
  • Infrastructure is managed by [Oracle Cloud Infrastructure], so [a] lot of cost-saving is benefiting [the] organization.
  • Cloud learning and adoption is becoming the need of the hour.
We started evaluating Oracle Cloud Infrastructure as our potential cloud vendor, and its adoption will kick off digital Transformation in our organization. It will benefit [the] organization from a cost perspective. It will encourage and provide ground to employees to play around and learn [Oracle Cloud Infrastructure] so that they can start using different [Oracle Cloud Infrastructure] services effectively.

Container Engine for Kubernetes provided us [an] easy way to create and provision Kubernetes clusters and is well suited for container orchestration technologies to deploy applications in a cloud-agnostic manner using manifest files. Data integration is also [a] useful service for ETL jobs and is well suited for [the] data engineering segment of the organization. Cloudguard needs little clarity in terms of usage patterns.
