Overall Satisfaction with Oracle CX Marketing (formerly Oracle Marketing Cloud)

Oracle CX Marketing is currently the one-stop shop for Marketing Automation and Database management in the Company. Integrated with other CRMs like Salesforce, we use it to manage our all Email marketing Activities and Lifecycle Marketing Automations to name the most important activities. We also use the tool to cover several territories around the globe, Making it a truly global solution.

  • The one thing we lacked was the capability of having many to many relationship, as currently you can only have one unique email per automation
Indeed the tool scalability is a strong feature. We at Ingersoll Rand had a few opportunities to add new modules/features to overcome some initial obstacles and this has always been an option with Eloqua. From the use of "Wash Machines" on Automation program Logics and filters to Custom objects.

  • We managed to merge/replace the use of 2 or 3 other tools into one Tool, hence the great cost-benefit value and return on investment
The Oracle CX Marketing tool has a few advantages over our previously used solutions. One of the most impactful ones would be the easy-to-use interface - more evidently seen when developing Email Marketing (Emailers) and also when creating steps for Marketing Automation Campaigns. Besides the fact the there is one more step to take from Segment to Campaign activation (i. e. Program Creation) it is still way easier and quicker to deploy in Oracle's.
We used a few partners along the way and depending on the Project and time, so I won't remember the names of partners at this time. but I can mentione the name of the partner we are using currently for our latest deployments and Projects and it is Named Reply - a Company from Poland that is specialized in Oracle's support.
The Oracle CX Marketing solutions have many scenarios where it is very well suited, to mention 2 important ones: the tools available for Email creation are easy to use and intuitive, making your life easier (especially with templates). Also, the Marketing Automation is visually clear and easy to use, especially if compared with some other Automation tools that I have worked on before.
