Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Eloqua

The Marketing and Sales Enablement teams use it to send email campaigns, lead gen campaigns and create landing pages for various purposes.
  • The email campaigns are fairly easy to set up.
  • Good reporting.
  • Easier management of contacts.
  • It could be easier to use.
  • Lack of support other than calling tech support
  • It hasn’t really had many upgrades/enhancements in the 4 years we have used it.
Seems too cumbersome
It will get the job done, but other tools can do it better, and sometimes at a lower price point.
Managing email campaigns is fairly easy.
It should be easier to do A/B testing.
