Overall Satisfaction with Oracle HCM Cloud

We implemented HCM, Finance and Supply Chain in order to give us more functionality than our old system.

  • Powerful analytics
  • Post implementation can be difficult without proper support
  • Learning options for super users are limited to prepackaged learning options
  • Interfaces can be difficult

Great for organizations of mid to large size; works well when you purchase the other modules like Finance so it is all integrated
