Overall Satisfaction with Oracle HCM Cloud

It is being used across the organization, with multiple modules. The main part I have used is around the performance management systems for quarterly evaluations of teams, goal setting and tracking, providing feedback, and creating plans for learning and development.

Pros

  • Ability to define your own goals.

Cons

  • Non-intuitive user interface.
  • Navigating the modules is extremely difficult.
Usability is the main issue with Oracle HCM Cloud, as it does not seem like it was built with the end-user in mind.
