Overall Satisfaction with Oracle PeopleSoft

  • Enabled us to install a first class HR system that can be accessed by our staff from all locations.
  • Workforce Management enable us to forecast, deploy, track and manage our labor, cut costs and increase productivity.
  • Financials enabled us to streamline our reporting and analysis giving a comprehensive view of our operations.
  • Compensation was not robust enough to manage our complex compensation processes.
  • Increased efficiency and reduced back office costs with shared services.
  • Corporate governance in compliance and risk management became secure for our work force.
  • Integrated system allowed us to manage our global finance organization and comply with accounting standars and policies.
Highly recommend for large organizations. Can be a little too overwhelming for smaller companies.
