Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
We use Outreach with our SDR team and Customer Success Team; I've used it in both departments and am the Admin for the Customer Success team. For the Customer Success Department, we use the follow-up tasks and Outreach meetings constantly, as well as templates and snippets. Without the follow-up tasks, it would be nearly impossible to keep track of our customer's needs.
Pros
- Outreach Meetings -- saves a lot of time going back and forth and building calendar invites.
- Follow Up Tasks in Gmail -- makes it easy to keep up with customer needs.
Cons
- When creating Follow Up tasks from Gmail, it counts an OOO as a reply.
- For Outreach meetings, you can only show the calendars of Outreach users.
I don't generate any reports.
- Increased meetings -- easier to follow up with customers/ prospects.
- Happier customers, they appreciate the follow up.
They've been super helpful, always responding to questions that we have regarding best practices with the tool.
We evaluated SalesLoft, but it did not integrate with Salesforce as well.
