Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

The user experience benefits normal tasks with Salesforce with is a plus. I would enjoy if Outreach was directly linked with salesforce so I did not have to open a new window each and every time I want to make a call or dial. I sometimes have to reset my computer because outreach is not connecting to my headset.
It is being used by the sales department. Outreach helps give me all activity with a prospect, up to date info on the office social media feeds.

I generate call volume, sequence open counts and can split testing for best response rates and email opens rate. I can also utilize the data from the last contact with offices to target the correct person and time for when my company's service may be utilized. I wish the call volume was consistent on the front page of Outreach so I can ensure I'm on the top of my team in call volume.

When we first rolled out we were guaranteed that this software would match our past provider. That never happened.
Outreach is great for sequencing new prospect with calls and email to keep on top of tasks. Outreach does not completely link with Salesforce and is sometimes difficult to adjust contacting new prospects.
