Outreach is very easy to use after initial training! Once your manager sets it all up and the messaging has been curated, you will be able to import leads and contacts and begin reaching out to all the accounts you are after. I also appreciate how you can add notes not only on the lead level but at the account level as well.

The only thing I don't like is how the sidebar changes depending on what you click. I have lost WAY too many emails because of this. Emails should save if you are going to allow for this to happen. Also, notes should write back to Salesforce to allow for BDRs to stay primarily in Outreach.

The ease of use for outreach is next to none. Everything is clearly explained, you can hop on a call with their support team whenever, and it effortlessly integrates into your computer. You can do everything you need sales related on it, and the learning curve is small. I'd recommend it as a first and last CRM.

Outreach takes some time to learn, it isn't completely intuitive. However, after a week of going through the knowledge panel, our team easily learned Outreach. There are also some things that take time to set up in order for Outreach to be the most effective. The thing I wish was easier to use would be their Chrome extension. Overall though, I would give Outreach's overall usability a high schore.

There are a few reasons why I give it this rating:
  1. It's easy to navigate - most of the things that I as an administrator need to do are in intuitive locations
  2. Their customer success team is extraordinarily helpful - they are quick to respond to tickets, and if you have easy questions you are able to get them answered quickly via their chat feature
  3. Easy to create sequences and make them available to the team

Unquestionably, Outreach earns a 10/10 in terms of usability. I was nervous when my Sales organization switched over from SalesLoft to Outreach, but the transition was seamless. It is so user-friendly and easy to pick up on. New hires never have a tough time adjusting to use the tool, it integrates perfectly into other tools my company uses (such as Salesforce). I can't complain.

Outreach can be complicated to begin using because of the way it needs to be integrated into your CRM. It can also be difficult to get trained and started using because of the complexity of the product. However, once you are trained and versed in the use of Outreach, it is an extremely powerful tool to use.

Outreach is pretty easy to learn and provides great content (Outreach University) to help new users along the way. When getting into more advanced features, there could be improvements. We had a team member get promoted who no longer needs access to Outreach so when he was taken out of the system all of the call and email history was deleted as well. It has become tedious trying to look back at previous calls and email activity on Salesforce and I don't know why something important like that would be deleted.

Outreach has been well adopted by our users and we are expanding the use of it among different teams in our Sales department. As we grow and scale and our comfort level with managing Outreach improves; I think we can be more efficient and clean up our data a little more to remove the noise.

After getting familiar with how the app is set up and how it works, it is very usable. When I first was introduced to Outreach during my onboarding, it was confusing--particularly with out it relates to Salesforce, Gmail, etc. Once I got used to adding people to sequences, I got a better feel for the app.

There is not much negative to Outreach. The only place I can see a negative come in is if someone used SalesLoft before and then came to the company using Outreach. They might just be more used to SalesLoft. That is what happened to the company I was at. There isn't much difference. Its all about preference.

Just like anything, takes a bit of time and management involvement to ensure rep adoption, but after a couple of weeks my reps were telling me they couldn't live without it. I think if I took Outreach away from them at this point they would all quit!

It's a bit tricky to master, but you can grow with your instance. You don't need all the triggers and automation to get the bang for your buck.

They have great e-learning courses for beginner and intermediate learning, phenomenal support and an Influitive-powered advanced user forum that helps make the learning fun.

There is a joke in our office that Outreach has a setting for everything, but you have to find it first. Outreach allows you to customize your sequences and templates to your heart's content. The drawback to so much customizability is a lot of settings that are sometimes difficult to find. That said, for most users, the tool is ready and easy to use out of the box.

Having never used Outreach prior to my current role, I found the platform to be relatively easy to learn. It is intuitive from the get-go. The plug-in makes integrating with Salesforce extremely natural and efficient. Information is readily accessible from the home page which is powerful and makes further navigation sometimes unnecessary.
