Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

My user experience has been nothing less than spectacular. It's very user-friendly and intuitive.

I use it for my prospecting efforts and it helps me ensure that I am keeping everything organized and not letting people slip between the cracks.

They changed to a pop-up window rather than an attachment for Outreach everywhere.
Sometimes it lags with functionalities.

I havent used this piece as much but there are call reports and email reports that I have utilized that have helped me see some analytics.

Helped me stay organized which saves me time each day
Increases my ability to reach out to a larger number on clients on a daily basis
This also provides insight into how well the sequences are performing

I haven't had to interact with them very often but the few times I have they were able to solve my issues in a timely manor and were very friendly.

Well suited for prospecting and maintaining a [pipeline].
