Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

Awesome user experience. Their team is always quick to give support when I reach out with a question.
Our whole sales org uses Outreach. It allows us to increase our volume of emails sent and calls made.

Pros

  • Call Down List
  • Showing what prospects have viewed our email
  • Allow emails sent in mass seem more personal with the use of customizable tokens

Cons

  • Sometimes the token does not populate in the preview mode
I do not use any reports within Outreach.
  • I have seen increased meetings and opportunities
  • Has provided me with more time to execute other activities
They are super easy to work with. Very understanding and always quick to respond to requests.
I think Outreach is always a great tool. It works best when you need to have a high volume of email and call activity.
