Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

Outreach's usability is pretty simple. They have great support staff who help teach you how to use the product as well as an intuitive interface.
Outreach is used for to reach new prospects and to nurture leads.

Outreach generates reports telling you how effective your emails have been. These reports meet all reporting needs.
  • Outreach has resulted in more meetings
  • Outreach has resulted in a higher volume of opportunities reached
My experience with the customer success team was limited, but they were helpful in explaining new products and features when we did interact.
Outreach is well suited for outbound sales staff who are reaching out primarily through email, or with a combination of email and phone calls.
