Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
Outreach is used by our market development and sales teams. It streamlines email communication and prospecting efforts which allows us to reach a greater volume of people more efficiently thus leading to increased appointments and greater win rates. We are also able to receive excellent analytics and data on what outreach (no pun intended) efforts are most effective.
Pros
- Sequencing of prospecting efforts (emails, calls, social touches, etc).
- Real time analytics and data on effectiveness of efforts.
- Efficiency in reaching a large number of people with minimal efforts.
Cons
- Ability to embed videos in emails.
- Greater functionality when setting manual follow up tasks for prospects (keeping a task open, rolling over to another day after completing it).
- Better scheduling feature to arrange a meeting with a prospect.
I use reports to view when my optimal time to call prospects is (when I make my most dials vs when people answer the most). I also love the email analytics that show open and replied rates for specific sequences and teams. There are MANY more reports that can be generated however I do not have a need for them. The reports meet my needs very well.

Only brief interaction during our on-boarding/ramp up phase but they were excellent.

Outreach is far better. Much cleaner UX/UI, far greater analytics, and much easier to organize sequences for prospecting efforts. Our leadership team chose Outreach and I fully support their decision.
