Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
Outreach is heavily used across sales as a way to communicate with our clients. We can get all the information we need through bulk sequencing which saves time and energy and allows us to reach more people at a time than normal emailing or prospecting does. I think it is necessary to have.

I personally allow my manager to run reports. You can also run reports based on open, opted out, closed, or spammed emails so you know where they are going / how successful the threads are being in with your clients. Reports can also see what campaigns were best for your clients.

I have not used any other emailing featured tools in the space but that is because I am 110% happy with Outreach. If it works well and gives you a positive ROI, why change? Customer support is also awesome and they have a lot of conferences that can be a blast and great way to meet other users.
