Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

I am an Implementation Manager at Rippling. As an Implementation Manager, Outreach is used to streamline and optimize sales workflows by automating repetitive tasks, improving pipeline visibility, and standardizing outreach efforts.

Pros

  • Tracking recipient engagement
  • Save email templates for the entire org
  • Help ensure timely follow ups and cadences

Cons

  • Email send later option. I tend to miss out on these a lot
  • Improved SLA
  • Improved CSATs
While creating workflows and email templates, I use the AI corrections which has been a great tool.
It is a great tool and is very handy when integrated with g suite.

Very well suited for people who engage with the clients over email and have to track the tasks. It has helped me a lot on staying on top of things.
