Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
We use Outreach to send mass emails and quickly touch base with customers. Outreach allows us to send quick messages without having to switch between screens to type out an email.
Pros
- Quick email links
- Being able to schedule appointments
- Transferring info from an account to Outreach
Cons
- It's a long and tedious process to send sequences, this should be more concise with less steps
- The system usually loads a bit slow, there's always a slight delay but nothing too crazy
- Email metrics
- Convenient communication
I like how Outreach alerts me if my emails have been opened to help me forecast where the business owner may be in their decision making. Outreach lets me know how many times the email has been viewed and when.
