Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

We use Outreach to help speed up sending out templatised emails and to help monitor email engagement with our customers so we know when to follow-up.

Pros

  • Changes to a customer's account and customer success team
  • Marketing Events
  • Monthly Meeting Follow Up reminders and standard agenda items

Cons

  • Constant need for logging in acts as a huge barrier
  • Time Saved but I wouldn't be able to quantify
If you have a customer base or a lot of people you are trying to reach out to, this can act as a huge timesaver.
Personally I haven't used this capability
It's extremely easy to use once you have it set-up.

Yes

Outreach is great if you need to get an email out to a huge customer base and need to share this email across different departments and team members. This is a great time save.

It also a huge time saver being able to save templates so you can easily send emails to a customer base at key points in time within their Customer Success Journey e.g welcome to customer success, product updates, monthly meeting reminders, team changes, product updates, events, etc
