Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
We use Outreach to help speed up sending out templatised emails and to help monitor email engagement with our customers so we know when to follow-up.
Pros
- Changes to a customer's account and customer success team
- Marketing Events
- Monthly Meeting Follow Up reminders and standard agenda items
Cons
- Constant need for logging in acts as a huge barrier
- Time Saved but I wouldn't be able to quantify
