Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
We use Outreach for getting conversations with clients in existing business as well as new clients that have not spent. It's a great tool for those who need to do a bit of a hybrid role. This allows us to work with marketing and set up appropriate sequences to get exposure, in a very simplified way. Overall it's helped our ORG with more meetings and bringing in new contacts to existing conversations.

- Importing contacts from CRM can be messy at times
- Only one sequence (in case you're working with an SDR)
- More meetings booked with clients
- Ability to capture more contacts within a company
- Company branding exposure
Outreach does a great job of showing pipeline and the times you've touched the account. It will pull the data and show some pretty awesome metrics. For forecasting it works well because it helps keep track of things that may go overlooked. It's nice to see deals outside of Salesforce
