Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
We utilize Outreach for our prospecting within our sales org. We leverage the sequences to reach out to prospects by allowing reps to add prospects to their own sequences, but also by running sales plays for reps through it as well. Automating prospect outreach and the task workflows allows us to push through a lot more organized volume than we would be able to without it.

We have utilized some AI for emails and sequencing however it has not been enough. We have also used some as well for the mutual action plans, but overall we do not leverage the AI tools enough that Outreach has.
Outreach has the superior task workflows and sequence workflow. If that is what you are hoping to use Outreach has you covered. They also have the pipeline management that is passable and then Kaia which can add in the call coaching. Overall it has everything that you need in one package.
