Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

We utilize Outreach for just that: outreach. It's a tool for our sales and marketing team to continue our outreach and outbound efforts. It's extremely useful as it integrates seamlessly with salesforce and keeps our CRMs updated while also being a user friendly platform for individuals to do their day to day outreach.

I have not yet used the AI but am anxious to get started.
It's so easy to use. It's very user friendly and organized - it shouldn't take long to get acclimated to the platform itself.

I could not recommend Outreach enough. It's so easy to use and makes it so unbelievably easy to reach out to prospects each day. Having the tasks populate each day with what to do, who to send it to, and keeping prospects in a sequence (or cadence) is invaluable. Utilizing it for event outreach, follow ups, etc, has made it easy for our sales team to keep activity high.
