Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

I am an SDR. Outreach organizes and keeps all my prospects in sequence for me, and links to the other tools we use.

Pros

  • Organziation
  • UI is easy to understand
  • Quick and responsive

Cons

  • I think there could be native integrations
  • Doesn’t always sign me in first time
  • Has had downtime over the 18 months
  • Manual dialing is tough, so we use Nooks, there is integration though.
  • It keeps everything in one place saving me a ton of time
  • The learning curve was very quick.
I think every org no matter how large can easily use and implement. I don’t have prior use at a different organization though, just my two cents. My friends have used it at larger sales organizations with no complaints, which is how I’m basing it off.
It’s great, but for many reasons it could be improved. There aren’t many native integrations, like adding power dialing would be awesome and beneficial, and gain ROI. Other tools like Salesforce sometimes have a lag period when those notes are implemented.

Yes

On a day to day, it’s easy to use, and gets the job done. It’s the market leader, and I have no actionable complaints. It’s useful, definitely.
