Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We use PandaDoc for all our agreements and contracts. I also use it for internal estimate approval and quoting. It's great for creating templates and then customizing those templates for that specific proposal or agreement. It also allows me to easily send documents to clients and prospects and allows them to sign the documents digitally. It speeds everything up.

  • Sometimes the token system is a little buggy.
  • Invitees can't comment on specific sections of the contract or agreement.
  • It saves a ton of time from creation and sending of contracts and agreements.
Great for sending NDAs. Great for sending contracts/agreements. Digital signatures are awesome. Allows me to timestamp my estimate approvals from our engineering team. The email integration is awesome.
