  • Allows clients to remotely execute documents.
  • Tracks the progress of document execution.
  • Emails clients to remind them to sign documents so we don't have to follow up.
  • Emails us when documents have been fully executed.
  • Provides an easy-to use interface to place signatures, dates, and other information on our forms.
Cons
  • Sometimes, the automatic placement of fields is just plain wrong.

  • I want to be able to que up an invoice from quickbooks to be sent to the signatory when they complete the document, but right now I have to use a specific type of quickbooks transaction

  • Templatization of different documents
  • Reminder system to remind clients to view and sign documents
  • Easily save different pages as templates to add or remove them from future documents
  • Easily collect signatures from clients and view the progress of all documents in one dashboard.
Cons
  • The design of the documents is a bit limiting when compared to something like word or Google Docs.
  • It's not immediately clear on how to add custom images
  • The learning curve to design documents is steep at first but becomes easy after a couple designs.
