It helps us accelerate our closing cycles and streamline our accounting process. Being able to customize our contracts has been great. Beyond signatures, it has allowed us to get accurate data for account management. We keep POCs, account information flowing straight from Panda Doc into our system. We use PandaDocs to send out proposals and contracts. I had used PandaDocs at another organization and valued the efficiency of sending a contract with a proposal. This increased their close rate and created a better user experience. Since deploying PandaDocs at our company, we've sent out proposals and contracts with greater ease. We're also able to have a better insight into buyer behavior as we can see when they view the contract, what pages they've spent the most time on and how quickly they view/sign.

With version two, it's much easier to create attractive proposals and agreements that are very useful for both us and the customer. It also offers a legal digital signature for contracts, similar to DocuSign, adobe sign, etc.

We use PandaDoc for all our contracts. Most frequently we use for contracts to do leases, home sales, etc. We have a software program set up to interface through PandaDoc API, however, there is a bug in their system and we have not been able to use for 6 days. PandaDoc tech support is pretty awful. There is no IT line or real person you can call, Just emails and chat boxes. This downtime is having a significant impact on our business and yet they seem to have no urgency to correct. Of the two human beings we have been able to get in contact with, neither one is located in this hemisphere, let alone in the US.

We do employment letters annually for all staff (about 200 people) at one time. It’s terrible to manage via mail merges. PandaDoc streamlines everything and makes tracking a breeze. It’s also more intuitive than DocuSign and has a more flexible price point.

PandaDoc is accessible directly through our Salesforce CRM page for each client and we can track the status of our contracts from draft to signed and paid. In order to accurately recruit, retain and document our volunteer base, we needed an application process that made it easy for our volunteers to apply on their own time without relying on paper or risk losing their application. This was a simple way for us to put together the project scope, deliverables and pricing for the projects for client review. We use PandaDoc across our entire revenue team to send out agreements and contracts, collaborate with legal/procurement users at our customers and prospects via comments, and easily attach our MSA & terms and conditions to facilitate red lines. PandaDoc allows us to easily and clearly lay out both the commercial and legal terms of our agreements with an extremely intuitive platform. Our average time to signature is definitely in line with - or ahead - of other SaaS companies due to using PandaDoc.

We fabricate wood windows, doors, storm windows, storm doors, and shutters (interior and exterior). We use PandaDoc to obtain signatures on our estimates or contracts for projects. We also use PandaDoc to receive signatures for approval drawings. This allows us to move forward with a project at a much faster pace than having to wait for a mailed document.

We use PandaDoc for various projects - we send documents to clients in order to have contracts signed, and we create documents to send to our candidates like an employee handbook, onboarding paperwork, etc. It has made onboarding a breeze and has really improved our process to obtain direct deposit information. People are not always comfortable emailing that information so PandaDoc's security gives extra comfort to our candidates and clients alike.

We use PandaDoc to create quotes in order to sell our email services to our clients. We needed a platform that would allow us to quickly create and send quotes with a professional look. We use PandaDoc to complement the lead management we do with the Pipedrive CRM: each quote contains the number of licenses of the chosen products, as well as the final price including discounts and taxes.
