Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

Both the sales team and customer success teams use PandaDoc. We use them for beautiful, effortless proposals and agreements. It's also replaced DocuSign for signatures.

Pros

  • Integration with HubSpot - 1 click to a proposal and auto-inputs fields
  • Easily customized and shared templates

Cons

  • The design tools are limited and not completely user-friendly
  • Less time to make a proposal
  • Better proposals
  • Better document tracking
We choose it because it's easy to use, does what we want it to do, and integrates with our CRM
It's great for sales teams if you integrate with your CRM (and possible accounting tools too). It's so easy to create and customize a proposal.
