Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We use PandaDoc for the parents of our Head Start program as part of the enrollment process for Kitsap Community Resources. This is just one department for the entire organization. Parents use it to provide us with income verification, proof of age of the child and family size. We also have parents fill out questionnaires re: the child's health and information to release information about the child.
  • Most parents are easily able to electronically sign the documents that we need.
  • I am usually notified when the parents have viewed the documents or completed the documents.
  • I can watch the parents fill out forms while I am talking with them over the phone. This is particularly helpful when the parents are writing a Personal Income Statement. I can quickly point out any changes parents need to make in real time.
  • Sometimes I am not notified when the parents have signed the documents.
  • Sometimes the files expire too quickly.
  • It is difficult to save a copy of comments I make in the cover sheet.
  • We can save time because our files reach our remote sites faster.
  • Collecting more information electronically allows our Family Advocates more time to develop relationships with our clients.
  • We save our clients time and travel costs because they can respond to many questions at home instead of coming in for a face to face interview.
The reusable templates are very helpful since we don't have to start from scratch every time we reach out to a client. We can also easily edit comments to our clients as needed that we have already saved. The search tool is helpful when a client has not seen my e-mail. I can resend an edited version of documents I had sent out previously.
The best feature is the real-time notifications. I love being able to work with our clients on some documents in real-time as I speak with them over the phone. Most parents have had no problem signing the documents electronically. I imagine that the parents have used a variety of devices to sign the documents.
Now that I have used PandaDoc for a while, I am very pleased that we can send and receive the information we need in a timely manner as long as our clients respond quickly. We print some of the documents and they look very professional.
  • We do not use PandaDoc for sales. The best thing we did allows our clients to write Personal Income Statements.

PandaDoc is very helpful to us because we contact our clients by phone (because of the Coronavirus). We can now obtain electronic signatures instead of in-person interviews. I particularly like the fact that I can see the clients respond in real time as I am talking with them on the phone. We can provide faster service for our clients now that most of our documentation is done electronically. In the past, we had to sent files back and forth by car since we have several remote sites. Since some of our partners do not accept electronic signatures (health professionals and the Washington State Employment agency), PandaDoc is not appropriate in those cases.
