Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We have to sign forms daily for a large group of people. This software allows us to quickly send forms out to everyone at the same time and track receiving them. There is a bulk sending feature that is useful but it costs per document and not included in the basic software so that is a possible down side.

  • Confusing as to who is our contact person
  • Unclear which roles different contacts play
  • Unclear about which features cost more in the end
  • saved time
  • easier for us to sort and store electronic documents
  • we sign all our consent forms with this

We use these for consent forms, dozens daily, and I find it's actually quite hard to group the various documents based on status so we had to do some back end programming to be able to sort the documents for our purposes. I could pay more for this service from them but decided to do it ourselves.
