Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc
PandaDoc helps us get contracts out to customers for our SLG product. The product enables our sales team to update and edit contracts per the agreed terms with the customer and allows our finance team to approve customer contracts.
Pros
- templates that are easy to standardize
- integrates with salesforce so finalized docs get attached to opportunities
- easy to edit documents
Cons
- the approval functionality is lacking. there are limited approval workflows which can make it difficult if a contract is highly customized
- not easy to do redlines
- some small limitations to customization through the saleforce opps
- helps teams communicate on contract edits
- allows AEs to create contracts but still has functionality to limit unapproved edits
- we also use pandadoc for our sales commissions agreements with our AEs
- we have all NDAs signed through pandadoc
