Use Cases and Deployment Scope

PanTerra Networks is our primary phone system. It's nice the system eliminated the phone lines in our office, and the system is hooked directly to the internet. Also, being able to transfer calls and put calls on hold with music is a benefit to the customer. Their customer service team is great to deal with when we do have an issue as well.
