Overall Satisfaction with PanTerra Networks
PanTerra Networks is used for our organization's phone system. We work remotely, so it is important to have a solid contact number for our donors, vendors, and others who need to get ahold of our organization. I am one of the call tree recipients that helps answer questions and redirect calls to the right end user.
Pros
- Great customer service
- Variety of connecting options - landline, cell phone, desktop application, online access
- Tutorials
Cons
- The sound quality on the desktop application and cell phone application are poor. Callers have a hard time hearing what I am saying.
- Pricing can be high unless you commit to longer contract.
- Some technical language used on the desktop application that can be difficult for average user to understand without assistance.
- Great tutorials for new users
- Allows our organization to stay connected via phone calls
- Decreased reliability for someone who is working out of office or has a power and/or internet disruption.
Our organization has only used the phone aspect of the different features that are mentioned to be offered as communications solutions above, so I cannot speak to cloud PBX, messaging, and file sharing. Those either weren't offered to our organization, or our organization has chosen not to use those features.
