Overall Satisfaction with Parallels Remote Application Server

Parallels RAS is used across the whole organization. Our employees use MacOS to access Windows applications. With Parallels RAS our employees also can easily work in home office. It is also a security optimisation for our company. Easy to work with. Our employees learned fast how to use the Parallels client to access their published software.

Pros

  • Access Windows applications from other OS.
  • Easily publish software.
  • Access from home.

Cons

  • Universal Scanning Driver for MacOS (currently only Windows clients are supported).
  • SPLAA is a nice option but only possible in hosted environments.
Our organization benefits from the fast and easy delivery of applications from Remote Desktop Session Hosts (RDSH). Our employees learned fast how to use the Parallels client to access their published software.
Our organization uses MacOS and the use of Windows applications is possible now.
There are technicians who are very helpful with problems, look at the problem directly and help quickly.
