Overall Satisfaction with Pardot
Socialware is a smaller SaaS based startup that markets to prospects via webinars with partners. (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) We market events via marketing automation, drive individuals to landing pages, and forms, score and grade leads, push our qualified leads to Salesforce and manage data and run reports via Salesforce.
- Ease of use -- this includes building and working with email drafts, templates, landing pages, setting automation rules - it's easy to cross train, follow directional cues for each step, and we typically code 3-4 templates ourselves and can easily manipulate code to get the look and feel we want with the Pardot builder.
- Forms - our forms are everywhere and they link to recorded webinars, our website, trainings. The form function can tell how many hits we have to the landing page, or site and completions. We continue to find new ways to utilize forms and landing pages.
- Integration - We use GoToWebinar, GoodData, Salesforce, social and the integration with all of these is as easy as setting up a connector. We can pull information easily which makes us more efficient as a team and effective. We can set an automation rule and go.
- Reporting -- We use Salesforce for almost all of our reporting at this point. I'd love to be able to measure different audiences in Pardot.
- Better able to measure our successful campaigns
- Faster lead conversion
- Increased efficiency in customer communication.

Pardot's ease of use was hands down one of our deciding factors along with price and integration with Salesforce, GoToWebinar, and GoodData.
