Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

I was using time and attendance, payroll and employee management

Pros

  • There was nothing that worked well with Paychex....literally nothing

Cons

  • Acratic platform
  • Customer service needs improvement
  • Reporting is a huge problem
  • Benefits, service reps do not know benefit rules and laws
  • The impact was negative. So much time spent on navigating the system and correcting issues

I did not select Paychex. It was at 2 companies I started with and ended up having them switch out

It was and is a horrible platform. The account reps are not knowledgeable on the platform and honestly seem frustrated with it themselves
