Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

Paycor is being utilized by every employee in our company. It starts out with our HR department utilizing the on-boarding solution for streamlined hiring, to the business department using Perform for payroll purposes, then ends with the employee having access to all of their payroll information at the touch of a button.
  • By utilizing the automatic worker's compensation payment solution we were able to free up time and reduce the stress level of our business department.
  • The on-boarding solution has been an amazing tool to keep us on track during our hiring process. It helped to not only streamline our hiring process, but greatly reduced the amount of time and paperwork it took to hire an employee.
  • The payroll solution has made our payroll process more accurate and greatly reduced the amount time it took to process payroll.
  • We often have issues with the report writer after Microsoft releases an update, but the issues are usually addressed quickly.
  • Paycor's solutions have greatly reduced employee time spent on tasks such as payroll, on-boarding, and employee information updates.
We sat with a Paylocity rep to hear about their solutions, but after researching online and reading consumer reviews we decided to stick with Paycor.
If Paycor were able to incorporate Medicaid billing into its time keeping solution then it would be the perfect fit for all aspects of our business.
