Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We use Paycor to store our HR/Employee documents and for payroll.

Pros

  • Keeps track of accrued PTO hours
  • Time Clock is easy for my employees to use
  • Great personal customer service rep

Cons

  • Their system has had bugs in the past and it's still improving
  • I would like to see Paycor perform more random audits without us having to prompt them when some numbers don't add up
  • I would like to see Paycor be more proactive in general
  • We have had a few payroll discrepancies that have resulted in budgeting issues and back-paying employees.
I would recommend them for HR but not really for the timecard area just yet. They are on the right path but there are still a few kinks that could be worked out.
