Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

I really like Paycor compared to the other payroll companies we have had. The options and benefits it allows has improved the way I do payroll and the record keeping has been easier to update with the options available for benefits.
It is user friendly, but at times I find that some things are not available or the wording is different than the way I think of it.
Paycor is used for our payroll and some HR.

Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - I have realized the time savings, because employees can update some of their personal information now and I get an email/notice to this and can then can go in and print to update their personnel file info. I have yet to do the onboarding with Paycor, but am working up to that. That would definitely save me time of processing forms.
They have come along a ways since we started with them, but Paycor has become easier to navigate. The help menu can be vague at times depending on what you are looking to find, but customer service with your reps has been most beneficial for me. Setting up the turorials/videos for learning has been helpful as well.
