There is no one point of contact. If you have an issue you can e-mail support. Most of the time they get back to you in about 1-2 days. Sometimes [it's] more than a week. When you call in you have to navigate a phone maze to get to the right department for your issue. if it is a really busy day then you could be on hold for multiple hours. When we had a billing issue we had to reach out to the CEO in order to get things fixed.

Approximately 70% of my requests never get answered. Those that do typically pertain to tax filing mistakes by Paycor (e.g. they overpaid or underpaid a state or federal tax and I notify them of a letter received, they did not file a return on time, etc.). In these cases I have had support take up to 5 months to respond.

I'd give a zero if that were an option. I currently have multiple requests for support that have not been answered in over a week. I have called their support phone line and usually hung up after waiting for 45 minutes for someone to answer. It is unlikely to get a quick response, EVER, even to urgent problems that effect taxes and benefit submission.

The Support with Newton Applicant Tracking System is great! If we have a question we send it through and they answer it within an hour tops. They are always knowledgeable and typically have an easy answer. We have never had any issues with the support through Newton Applicant Tracking System and I would say its one of the best support systems we have currently within the company.

It is always pleasant to interface with the Payroll team. They are sharp and understand my issues, even though I don't always know how to articulate my questions or concerns. I have had no issues with any payroll matters and that is a very good thing.

Paycor representatives are always very helpful. The drawback is that I do not always hear back from them right away. I am still waiting on a message I left three days ago. Although the information is not urgent today, it is information that I need before the next payroll is processed.

Sometimes (depending on the rep) they will not get back with you in a timely manner. The upside is that most anyone on the phone can answer and help with any issues. I shouldn't always have to call though to get a response. However, our rep April is fantastic!

This is one of my number one complaints about Paycor. They do not have staff that understands how to work the software. We did finally get a representative that is responsive this time. I will hope that we don't lose her anytime soon. She is the first one in years that knows what she is talking about and will get back with me within hours once a question is sent.

There is no dedicated rep. that is assigned to the company. Paycor support does not have dedicated lines for functions, so you get someone on the "team" but that person may not be the best to answer or help. It takes too much time to get answers to questions in this manner. Emails either go unanswered or responded to. When following up on an issue, it is often that I talk to someone different than I originally spoke with, when leads to more time lost.

It was better with a dedicated specialist. I understand why they moved to a group approach, but it has it's problems too. Sometime someone in the group think someone else is doing what you asked and nobody is doing it.

Perhaps I'm from the old school usage, but I like talking to representatives. I appreciate when someone can walk me through the process and if I have questions in between those steps, I can stop and ask. Paycor like to email, so I would like to see more verbal communication on their part. Emails take a longer return time and your questions may not be addressed in their statement.
