Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We use Paycor for our payroll processing. They have really streamlined things for us. Reporting is much better and clearer with Paycor. They make the audit process a breeze. Also, customer service is fabulous! We went through an audit with ODJFS and I was able to pull all of the requested information quickly and easily.

Pros

  • W-2s are issued in a very timely manner, which makes my employees very happy
  • Customer service is wonderful
  • Great & effective communication

Cons

  • I wish past passwords could be used
  • Freed up time
  • Much less risk
  • Better organized
Not sure.
I was never formally trained with Paycor but any question I have ever had, has been answered clearly by a Paycor employee.
Paycor takes the stress out of processing payroll. With everchanging tax laws, it's nice to have a group of experts on your side.
