Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

Paycor is used to process payroll and track employee changes. We also use them to create detailed payroll reports that are used for recording and analysis.

Pros

  • Paycor personnel are extremely helpful. They help me solve problems encountered during payroll setup and processing.
  • If my representative is not available, another rep has always willingly and happily helped.
  • It is great to be able to rely on them being just a phone call away.

Cons

  • I truly cannot think of an area of improvement.
  • Paycor files new hires with the government, keeping us in compliance without costing me any time to do it.
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - I have always had Paycor in my current position, so I don't know how the HR job would be without it.
The online portal is simple and easy to use
Paycor is well suited for a large organization. The fees would probably deter a smaller organization from using them.
