Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
I am currently using Paycor at a small Nonprofit but used it in the past at a Retail company. While the Accounting Manager at the retail company, I utilized Time & Attendance and Payroll and both worked exceptionally well. Department Managers were able to log in and verify their employees' times. This information was then processed into Payroll. We also tracked paid time off in the Time & Attendance module. The report writing and choice of reports was a huge help in analyzing the data. Customer Service representatives are very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend any sized company using Paycor.
- Time tracking - both online at retail stores and with hand scanner at warehouse location worked very well.
- Time was accessed by Department Managers to verify their employees' times and paid time off.
- Reporting was easy to use and great for analyzing data.
- Custom Report Writing can be made a little more user-friendly.
- Choice of fonts in reporting would be a big help.
- Increased efficiency.
- Minimized compliance risks.
