Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
We use Paycor primarily for payroll processing. Paycor is much easier to use and navigate through than our previous payroll company. I highly recommend adding the Paycor Time module to payroll services.
We have also used and been happy with the Recruiting module; being able to push our job openings onto several job boards saves time and has brought several applicants to our organization.

- Payroll Time is easy for employees and managers to use.
- Recruiting module saves time by pushing our job openings to several job board sites at once.
- Payroll processing is very user-friendly.
- Reporting module is clunky and not intuitive.
- Onboarding module did not integrate as expected.

- Improved time management to administrate payroll processing.
- Easier for Managers to use the system and approve time cards.
- Increased HR skill level by providing robust training portal.
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much.
