Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

I use paycor for reviews, recognitions and timesheets. In my opinion, I do not find the reviews portion to be user friendly. Offers too much a delivers nothing.

Pros

  • Not fixing issues

Cons

  • Taking the hire date and automatically linking it to recurring quarterly and annual reviews
  • Making the review section more user friendly. If it’s a review leave that separate from a 1on1.
  • Timesheets is CONSTANTLY timing out on our employees making it look like they haven’t clocked time.

  • HR manager spends more time fixing issues that paycor has caused within timesheets
Our HR and/or payroll team is spending more time than we did previously due to Paycor.
