Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
I use Paycor on a daily basis. I run daily payroll and time reports, work on timesheets, and time-off. I also utilize performance management on a daily basis by either initializing reviews or updating them. When needed I update employee information like pay rates, manager changes, position changes, and terminations. In my experience, I have daily problems with timesheets. About 3/4 of critical errors everyday are because Paycor "could not process the punch" when the employee makes it. In my experience, I spend hours fixing issues that are ultimately due to Paycor not performing well. In addition, it does not function well with the way we complete reviews. There is no way to automatically set up reviews to occur. We have to manually enter these into Outlook and then manually enter the performance review questions to drop. I feel many of these things should be done by the system.
