Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We use Paycor as our complete HRIS in addition to payroll, employee surveys, and recruiting.

Pros

  • It provides a one stop shop for the employee experience from application to hire.

Cons

  • Paycor seems to be a bit behind in terms of technical aptitude. Their performance management section is very clunky.

In my experience, it is often broke down or clunky and changes frequently where things are housed in the system.
I was not involved in the selection process.
In my experience, there are often crashes of the platform which cause inconvenience for me as a team of one. When it’s working, it houses many of our needs in one place and manages our benefits portal.
