Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We currently use all the products offered, except for we have placed the learning management module on hold.

Pros

  • ACA
  • Garnishment processing
  • Benefit Advisor

Cons

  • Customer Service - English speaking customer service reps
  • Reports that are pull between multiple years
  • Reports that are not so geared towards IT thinking but users
  • Mobile app needs to work more efficiently
  • Things that the system does for us allows us to focus on other task
  • Employees/supervisors are able to help employees with time, benefit and check stubs issues without coming to HR
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved 1-25 hours per month. - We are able to process time for payroll quickly giving us more time to focus on training, hiring, and working with employees other department.
Ease of use of the system.
Paylocity and Paycor are similar. Paycor seems to be easier to navigate.

Paycor has improved over the past 4 years that we have used them. Would like to see the ability to pull reports on lots of items within the employees profile.
