Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

Paycor was used by our organization for payroll processing. No business problems to address, just good functionality for payroll functions and easy to use. The menus are clear and steps to follow are intuitive. Learning the system was easy which made it easy to train both payroll admins and employees to use the Paycor platform.

Pros

  • Easy to setup new employees
  • Payroll procesing streamlined
  • Excellent reports.

Cons

  • Add performance management functionality
  • Training webinars on budgeting, etc. for employees
  • Improve options to create reports
  • Minimized compliance risks
  • Employees liked the system
  • improved efficiency
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much.
They system is user friendly.
