Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We use Paycor for almost everything employee related. From onboarding to offboarding. Benefits have been a game changer and open enrollment is no longer a painful experience. Employees are able to own their own information and view documents in real time which is helpful. We are no longer entering employee information into 6 different systems which has been an efficiency win.

Our HR and/or payroll team has saved over 50 hours per month. - Not having to enter everything in 6 different systems
It's great when it works. In my experience, when it doesn't work you can't get a timely response.
In my opinion, I was oversold

Did implementation of Paycor go as expected?

Would you buy Paycor again?

No

We are in local government and Paycor is not equipped properly for us. I would like to see Paycor get a government team that does nothing but work with municipalities and government.
I think if you are a simple employer it is great.
