Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

With over 400 employees across many physical
locations and volunteers, our team has some unique challenges, but Paycor
has provided outstanding solutions.

Pros

  • Applicant Tracking.
  • Onboarding
  • LMS

Cons

  • Expense reporting - make admin level more friendly.
  • Customize and allow more than one onboarding checklist.
  • Faster new hire onboarding.
  • More accurate time keeping.
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - Our HR team has not had to backfill two members since we have Paycor.
They are always updating their features, but there are a couple of mobile features that we don't have yet.

What stands out more than anything are the
multiple support channels that Paycor provides. Overall, this system has enhanced our
efficiency, improved our employee engagement, and has been a valuable
investment for our organization.
