Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
In my company we use Paycor for payroll, timekeeping, reporting, time and attendance, scheduling, and expense reimbursements. It has made it easier to have everything in one system. Its saved lots of time being user friendly. One of my top things I like is that were able to make company announcements.
Pros
- Ability to run several payrolls without a charge
- Ability to make custom reporting
- Ability to have a lot of different needs for a business in one system
Cons
- Customer service
- One of my implementation reps were awesome and one wasn't so we struggled a lot learning the time and attendance program
- A assigned customer service rep would be helpful
- Minimized compliance risks. Paycor sends out law changes
- More communication with employees through app
- Increased more free time to concentrate on other tasks
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved 1-25 hours per month. - I realized the time saving because I came from Paychex where they werent able to work their time system with the employees profile on PTO and sick times. When we would input sick or PTO we would have to exit the page to look at their balance on another page. Saved over 2 hours with this process.
Sales rep were really respectful. I felt with some other vendors they were a bit aggressive. The demo that was made in house was nice and the guy demonstrating it knew a lot about the system which made us more confident in the decision. Also, the ability of having all in one system was awesome!
